Job Description:
A desirable location in Wyoming is in search for a Nurse Director to oversee the operations of the acute care services including the Emergency Department. Be part of a stable and growing health system, located near Yellowstone National Park. BSN with 5+ years of management/supervisory experience in emergency services with 2+ years in the critical access hospital setting. BSN is required.
$125-130K with a $10K Sign-On bonus is being offered.
Position Summary:
The director of nursing is tasked with overseeing the overall management of the nursing staff in acute care hospital setting. Expected to participate in the interdisciplinary team, evaluate nursing policies and manage all aspects of nursing personnel.
Position Requirements:
- BSN
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a critical access hospital.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a manager/supervisor in the emergency services setting.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC is required.
