Job Description:
We are working with a Healthcare/Hospital System in the state of Pennsylvania in search for a Nurse Manager to oversee an Inpatient Behavioral/Mental Health Unit. Must be a Registered Nurse with a bachelor's degree in nursing and 3+ years of recent psychiatric/behavioral health experience in the inpatient setting.
$90-127K/year.

Responsibilities for the RN Manager-Behavioral Health:
Assumes 24-hour responsibility for overall operation of assigned area(s). Collaborates with Director in the management of services within the department. Plans, organizes, directs, maintains, and evaluates patient care and unit activities within established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Communicates policies and procedures and departmental and Hospital information to staff, physicians, and customers. Maintains the integrity of the service to meet all accreditation and licensure requirements.
Requirements for the Behavioral Health RN Manager:
Must be a Registered Nurse
BSN
3+ years of recent psychiatric/behavioral health experience managing operations within a healthcare system.
