Job Description:
PACU/Peri-Anesthesia Nurse Manager needed in Northern Vermont. Qualified Candidates must have a strong background in PACU. BSN or currently enrolled in program. 3+ years of Peri-anesthesia experience with 1+ years of leadership nursing experience. Quality Improvement experience is also desired.

Overview of the Permanent PACU RN Manager:
The Peri-Anesthesia Nurse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Peri-Anesthesia department, ensuring high-quality patient care, and managing a team of skilled nursing professionals.
The Peri-Anesthesia Nurse Manager is accountable for continuous personal growth and development as well as encouraging and providing opportunities for staff to gain expertise. This candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, problem identification and resolution abilities. The Nurse Manager is responsible for meeting the standards set forth by CMS and other regulatory agencies and the Standards of Nursing Care and Practice.
Requirements of the PACU RN Manager:
- Strong background in PACU.
- BSN or currently enrolled in program.
- 3+ years of Peri-anesthesia experience.
- 1+ years of leadership nursing experience.
- Quality Improvement experience is also desired.
