Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experience Nurse Supervisor to oversee the Operating Room/Surgical Services. This is with a well-known Hospital in Vermont. You would be working a desirable dayshift. 2+ years of clinical experience with leadership experience is preferred. BSN or evidence of enrollment in a BSN program. Unit specific certifications are required.
Wonderful Compensation Package! $70-111K/year.
Summary of the OR Nurse Supervisor:
Under the direction of the Clinical Manager Nursing, the Clinical Supervisor Nursing is responsible for the coordination and provision of direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
The Clinical Supervisor Nursing operationalizes the objectives, policies, and procedures of the Medical Center and Clinical Services for a specific shift, assumes accountability for monitoring all department activity, including, but not limited to, patient flow, appropriate staffing, assignment of care, and staff development.
Requirements of the Operating Room RN Supervisor:
- 2+ years of clinical experience with leadership experience is preferred.
BSN or evidence of enrollment in a BSN program.
Unit specific certifications.
