Our client located in the Beautiful Central California is seeking an experienced Perioperative RN Coordinator for Neurosurgery.
Bachelor's degree in nursing and CNOR is preferred.

RN Perioperative Coordinator-Neurosurgery Responsibilities:
This position is accountable for serving as a consultant in the care of peri-operative patients and functions as an expert practitioner and role model by utilizing the nursing process to provide care to complex patients. The incumbent provides patient, family, and staff education; leadership in identifying and reviewing nursing clinical practice and procedures, equipment and processes that will enhance clinical operations and patient care outcomes. Serves as a patient and family advocate. The Perioperative Coordinator creates, implements, and evaluates developmentally/culturally appropriate education to meet the learning needs of the patient/family.
Requirements for the RN Coordinator:
- 3+ years of related experience.
- Pediatric clinical experience is required.
- BSN is preferred.
- CNOR is preferred.
