Job Description:

Our client located in Southern Ohio is seeking a RN Program Manager to oversee an Adolescent Inpatient Unit. Services patients 12-18 years of age. You will be supporting, communicating and implementing the mission, values and policies of the Hospital and the Patient Care Services Division. MSN is required with 4+ years of psychiatric nursing experience. 2+ years of management level experience. Strong knowledge of quality improvement methodology is required. M-F Dayshift.

 

Work at a brand-new facility.   Will have budge responsibilities. Need a strong leader who will be present.   Reports to the Director of Behavioral Health. They are offering a generous compensation package.

 

Responsibilities of the Inpatient Adolescent RN Program Manager

  • Prepare, present and coordinate clinical and non-clinical training for inpatient psychiatry staff.
  • Develop and monitor performance improvement measures, including but not limited to measures of clinical outcomes, cost measures, and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with nurse managers to collect data, improve quality and maintain regulatory guidelines.

Minimum Requirements for the Inpatient Adolescent RN Program Manager:

  • RN Licensure required
  • Master's degree required
  • 4+ years of clinical experience in the area of Behavioral Health
  • Supervisory experience with strong knowledge of quality improvement methodology.
