Job Description:
Our client located in western Massachusetts is seeking a Clinical Working Dental Director. 80% Clinical Time. Oversee a staff of 8. FQHC, Dental Office and Medicaid populations is preferred. Looking to grow practice operations and develop an overall dental strategy.
$170-180K/year.
Dental Director Summary:
The Dental Director serves as the clinical leader for the oral health program and provides clinical oversight and direction to all dental services, including primary, secondary, and preventive dental care, and related functional areas. Ensures that the mission and goals of the organization are realized through the professional and effective delivery of oral health services. The Dental Director supports the mission, vision, and values and will adhere to compliance protocols as well as the policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements for the Dentist position:
- Successful completion of doctoral degree in dental medicine.
- FQHC, Dental Office and Medicaid populations is preferred
- Full unrestricted license is required
- Additional advanced degree in business, public health, healthcare administration or related field of study preferred.
